In 2024, I embarked on the exciting journey of entrepreneurship, drawing upon over two decades of experience in Consulting and Human Resources, with a decade dedicated to leading the People function. My career has taken me across three continents, where I've had the privilege of collaborating with global teams and driving pivotal organizational change.

Throughout this journey, I've handled all aspects of Human Resources function, been part of the journey as the HR leader from start up to IPO, spearheaded the development of successful HR programs, hired and retained talented employees, nurtured talent through coaching, and relentlessly pursued growth, not just for the companies I've served, but for the teams and individuals within them.

I'm driven by an unwavering fascination for the unique qualities of each person. My innate intuitiveness allows me to uncover vital patterns, tackle pivotal issues, and spot hidden opportunities.
